pic of desiree. she's an an extremely good model with nuanced expressions. basically we were goofing around on the black backdrop and then i got this idea.  i'll post some photoshoot bloopers and stuff later. kind of weird, but throughout the whole shoot i took mainly verticle shots, which later i found was not nearly as powerful.
